When I first started my business more than three years ago, I was teaching Pilates in Brighton, so my name, BN1 Pilates, was a great fit. However, I quickly started to work in other locations, not just Brighton, and I also expanded my knowledge and training. I began specialising in core and pelvic floor rehab and became a women’s health and fitness expert and a Holistic Core Restore® Coach.
So I’ve now outgrown my name and it’s time for a change! I wanted a name that resonated with my Pilates clients as well as those who needed a core and pelvic floor tune up. After chatting with Karen Hopper from Kameleon Marketing, we came up with my new name, Core Connection, which I hope speaks to everyone.
I’ve also refreshed my website with help from Karen at Kameleon, and Alex Hooper-Hodson at Trilobyte Digital. My website now includes all my new courses under the brand Holistic Core Restore® developed by my mentor and worldwide leader in Postnatal training, Jenny Burrell.
I’m now offering some great courses to help women restore their cores. Firstly, the Holistic Core Restore® Every Woman course which is a 12-week course to tune up your pelvic floor and flatten your tummy. The first six weeks of the course is face to face and the second six weeks is online. Then there is the Holistic Core Restore® Diastasis Recti, a 1-2-1 programme for people who need a bit more help to address abdominal separation.
I also have a new course that you can do from the comfort of your own home, Holistic Core Restore® Athlete 12, a pelvic-floor safe course which is specifically designed to make you faster, fitter and stronger. Plus, in 2019 I’ll be launching a joint course with nutritionist, Josephine Cobb, specifically for people who are experiencing the symptoms of the perimenopause or who just want to get their bodies in the best place for this next life phase.
I’m really pleased to be back teaching my Pilates classes as well, and I have two workshops coming up with more planned for 2019. Finally, I’d like to thank my friends Sarah, from Sarah Grant Communications for all her marketing help, Mark Toynbee for redesigning my logo and Anna Gatt for her ongoing design help.
So please have a look around my new website and let me know if you have any queries.
